FAQ

Do you have restrooms?

Of course! We have port-a-potties on site, one of which is wheelchair accessible. A hand washing station is also available.

Do you accept credit cards?

We have an on-site Debit/Credit card machine. We also accept good ole American cash.

What about COVID-19?

Please see the safeguards we have in place in response to COVID-19.

Can I transfer my online tickets to next season?

Tickets are only valid for the current season in which they were purchased.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are allowed, but must be on a leash. Honestly, you don't want Fido lost in our maze!

What's the weather like?

Nighttime temperatures drop significantly here in Bluebell, so please keep that in mind as you plan your visit. Have a jacket on hand just in case things get on the cool side. Or better yet, you can purchase a souvenir hoodie at the Water Hollow Mercantile.

What should I wear to be prepared?

Dress as if you were going camping. Wear shoes that are comfortable to walk in. If you decide to wear sandals or flip-flops, don't say we didn't warn you.

Which days are best to come?

Saturday is usually our busiest day. If you prefer a smaller crowd, we recommend visiting on Thursdays or arriving right at opening on Saturday morning.

What do you offer for concessions?

For many people, concessions are their favorite part! We have items such as hot dogs, spiral fries, candy, pop, nachos, chili, hot chocolate, caramel apple sundaes, and, of course, our famous kettle corn! You will definitely want a bag for the ride home, too.

Do you sell souvenirs?

You bet! We have hats, hoodies, t-shirts, and many handcrafted items at the Water Hollow Mercantile.

During the Creep Farm, are all the trails haunted at dark?

No. Only the designated Creep Farm trail is haunted. The 8-acre maze, the kids' trail and the Kiddie Hay Maze are never haunted, even during the Creep Farm.

How do you get the design into the maze?

Just ask any of our employees when you come. They will be happy to tell you.
